Care Resources International

Care Resources International helps Christians and ministry leaders respond to everyday life concerns with thoughtful pastoral care, biblical perspective and practical next steps.

The Pastoral Caregiving Assistant offers a focused place to describe a concern and receive Christian pastoral-care ideas, relevant Scripture and a suggested prayer. PCGA is designed to support—not replace—your pastor, physician, counselor or other qualified professional.

What PCGA offers

PCGA is an AI assistant, not a live pastor or counselor. Describe what you or someone you care for is facing, in your own words, and a response may include:

  • Pastoral-care guidance

Christian pastoral-care ideas for the concern you describe, for your own life or for someone you are caring for.

  • Biblical passages with brief context

Scripture that speaks to your concern, with a short explanation of how it applies, not just a list of verses.

  • Practical reflection and next steps

Questions to consider and modest, practical steps you can take.

  • A suggested prayer

A short prayer for what you asked. Pray it as it is, or use it as a starting point for your own prayers.

An important boundary

PCGA provides AI-generated pastoral-care assistance. It is not clinical, medical, legal or emergency help, and it may make mistakes, so weigh its suggestions carefully and seek human help when you need it. PCGA is for adults 18 and older. Someone under 18 may take part only together with a parent or legal guardian who is present throughout.

About Brent Lindquist

Care Resources International LLC is led by Dr. Brent Lindquist, a pastor and missionary who has been involved in member care since 1975.

Brent holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Over four decades with Link Care Center in Fresno, California, he served as a licensed psychologist, clinical director, executive director and President. Today he serves as a Pastor and Missionary with JARON Ministries International, consulting with churches and missions and mentoring young leaders. He developed the Pastoral Caregiving Assistant.

His aim, in his own words, is “to help people discover how their knowledge of Scripture—and its daily application—can deepen their walk with Christ, strengthen their prayer life, and support their spiritual maturity.”

For pastors and ministries

If you lead a church or ministry and would like to talk with Brent about PCGA, pastoral-care resources or how CRI might serve your people in the future, we would be glad to hear from you.
