Accessibility statement

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, and cognitive and learning disabilities.

• Every page uses clear headings in a logical order, with one main heading, and a link at the top lets keyboard users skip straight to the content.
• Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the item that has keyboard focus is clearly outlined.
• Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG contrast requirements against their background.
• Pages adapt to small screens down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling, and text can be enlarged in the browser.
• Every field in the contact form has a visible label. If something needs fixing, the form explains what to change next to the field and announces it to screen readers.
• Links and buttons say what they do. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Motion on the home page is turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Nothing on the website has a time limit, and information is never shown by color alone.

The PCGA chat window is provided by a third-party platform, Manifest Automation, and is loaded into our pages. We do not control its design or code, and it may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If the chat window does not work well with your device or assistive technology, please tell us, and we will pass the problem on to the provider and try to help you in another way.

Some downloadable documents, such as PDF files, and some resources hosted on other websites may not be fully accessible. If you need a resource in another format, please ask.

The website is built with standard HTML and CSS and is designed to work with current versions of common browsers, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with the screen readers and magnifiers built into common operating systems.
